Terms and Conditions


Spanish Soccer Schools in Dubai is operated under license by Dubai Sports City LLC. It is a trading name of Dubai Sports City LLC and will be provided official coaches selected and trained by Dubai Sports City to assist Dubai Sports City LLC in the management and direction of of the Soccer School.

Registration and Payment

All applications must be accompanied by the relevant fee. Payment in full MUST be received prior to the attendance of any course. Booking is only guaranteed upon receipt of payment.

Applications by phone will not be accepted. Application by fax or email will only be accepted if payment is made online.

Additional coaching sessions requested once the term ends or during the middle of the term will be charged at the rate of AED 140 for 90 minutes or AED 95 for an hour’s class.

Payment mode: payment will only be accepted by the following methods: 

Payment by cash: Cash currency accepted in the form of AED only. Please ensure your receipt of payment is collected at the time of payment.

Payment by cheque: UAE Bank Account Cheques will only be accepted. No overseas bank account cheques will be accepted. Cheques should be made payable to DSC Football Academy (current dated) and please out the participant’s name and course details on the back of the Cheque or the form will be returned.

Refund Policy

No refund can be given for cancellations received 14 days prior to the start of term. However, a booking can be transferred to another person for the same course within seven (7) days from the start of term. Any booking for another course will be subject to availability

No refund can be given for registrations made 14 days before the start of term or during the term.

In case of injury to a participant, fees cannot be refunded but can be transferred to the following term once a Medical Certificate is presented.

An administration fee of AED 150 will be charged in the event of cancellation.

A bank charge of 3% will be deducted for approved refunds if payments were made by credit card.

For students who availed specific promotions or paid for the full season, the refund policy is not applicable. In such cases, refunds will be computed as follows: (Amount Paid) – (Numbers of sessions – regular rate) – (Admin fees).

Fitness

You must ensure that the participant is physically fit and able to participate in the sporting activities. You must also accept all risks resulting from course participation.

Liability

We do not accept any responsibility for personal injury or loss and/or damage to property save to the extent that it results from our negligence. 

The cost of any damage caused by you or any participant you have booked on the course to SS or Dubai Sports City LLC’s property and facilities will be passed on to you.

General

All classes will be conducted in English. 

In case a participant gets injured during the course and is unable to attend the remaining sessions, he/she will have to notify Dubai Sports City prior to missing the sessions and the course fee for the remainder of the season will be credited towards the next programme. No cash refunds will be made.

Any requests for change of course will not be possible if the course required if already full. All changes are at the discretion of Dubai Sports City LLC administration. If the administration does allow a change of course, there will be a fee of AED 125 per individual request. Only one request per player will be entertained.

We prioritise the safety and well-being of all children attending our courses. We therefore reserve the right to remove from our courses and activities without refund, any child or parent/guardian who is found bullying, misbehaving or generally being disruptive.

Places on courses are limited. They will be allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis.

All courses, activities, venues and arrangements are subject to change according to programming and a satisfactory level of numbers. We reserve the right to cancel any courses and/or to change any information given, should this be necessary for any reason.

We don’t allow any video or other filming or recording equipment on courses and accordingly, neither you nor the participant may record or attempt to record or transmit moving images or voices of anyone at the course. You may take still photographs at the venue at times that our indicated by us within the programme schedule, provided that they are used solely for private purposes.

You agree to grant us worldwide right in perpetuity, without approval or compensation, to use the participants name and moving and still images or likeness for our reasonable commercial purposes.

Dubai Sports City LLC reserves the right to change a participant’s course if he/she is found to be under/over age for the registered course. In case the change in course cannot be accommodated due to course capacities, the participant can choose to have the fee credited towards their next course or transfer the same to another person.

All participants are required to submit their passport copies and passport photos on the first day of training.

Neither you nor the participant shall disclose or use any aspect of our course for commercial purposes.

If you are not the participant’s parent or guardian, you confirm that you have made said parent or guardian fully aware of this booking and of these terms and conditions and that they have agreed to them.
